PromethION is available in two models: PromethION 24 and PromethION 48.
PromethION is available to purchase (CapEx) or lease (Project Pack).
The PromethION Project Packs include flow cells and sequencing kits. The different packs provide users with various options to meet their scale requirements, while enabling users wishing to get started with PromethION to do so with minimal up front costs.
Project Packs are only available for shipping to US, Canada, UK, Australia and the European Union (excluding Romania and Greece).
The PromethION CapEx (Capital Expenditure) enables users with a capital budget to get started with PromethION it includes title transfer of the device. PromethION CapEx does not include flow cells and sequencing kits.
Both Project Pack and CapEx include licence and warranty and an on-site training led by one of our experienced Field Applications Specialist team.
Product lead time: 2 weeks

Users will also receive on-site set up training from a member of technical support. Price does not include shipping cost.

The PromethION CapEx serves those users who wish to access the platform using capital funds which require title ownership of the device. The CapEx purchase already includes 1 full years of Software licence and device warranty.
