As part of our Service Provider Programme, we offer academic core and commercial service providers the opportunity to be Oxford Nanopore Workflow-Trained on data analysis and wet-lab workflows for selected applications.

The menu of available applications will grow as we release new end-to-end workflows and develop the training programmes for them.

This data analysis training is a comprehensive onsite application-specific training to upskill your data analysts and expand your Oxford Nanopore service. Choose the application you need, and our Bioinformatics Field Application Scientists (FAS) will train your team to confidently perform our recommended data analysis workflows for the chosen application.

Each onsite data analysis training is a 1-day programme in your lab, for one application and up to four members of your data analysis team. A remote, online training option is also available, please see Service Provider Workflow Training - Data Analysis (Remote).

The training will focus on the data analysis for your chosen application. At the conclusion of the training, the lab will receive a Workflow-Trained completion certificate for each trainee and a Workflow-Trained web logo that you can use to showcase your training investment and your data analysts’ technical credibility to your user community.

Prior to the training date, our FAS will contact you to confirm your needs and the required computing infrastructure to ensure that you are equipped for a successful training.
