The PromethION 2 Integrated (P2i) is a compact sequencing platform designed for medium-to-high-throughput projects. It features two integrated flow cell positions, an onboard compute module, and a built-in touchscreen for seamless operation, with a simple setup process that requires minimal installation.

The P2i enables users to run high-accuracy or super-accuracy basecalling, methylation calling, demultiplexing, and alignment during the sequencing run, making it ideal for applications like whole-genome sequencing, transcriptomics, and microbiome studies.

The P2i device comes with one year of standard support, one year of warranty, and a remote installation support call to set up the device so it is ready to use. Other support options can be purchased including multi-year support plans. For devices supported directly by Oxford Nanopore, enhanced support is also available for labs whose work is time-critical, quality-managed or regulated.
