GridION Q delivers the full breadth of multidimensional Oxford Nanopore sequencing insights in a form factor designed for regulated environments, empowering labs to generate critical, high-quality results with confidence.
It combines five independently operated flow cells with integrated compute for real-time local analysis, facilitating multi-project and multi-user sequencing with no need for external hardware for analysis.
The GridION Q is well suited for multiplexed sequencing of small whole genomes, such as viruses, bacteria, plasmids or small eukaryotic genomes; metagenomics and targeted sequencing.
The GridION Q device will always be installed by an ONT FAS so that it is ready to use.
Purchase includes one year of standard support by default, and one year warranty. Other support options can be purchased, including multi-year options. For devices supported directly by Oxford Nanopore, enhanced support is also available for labs whose work is time-critical, quality-managed, or regulated.
