The RNA flow cell is designed to sequence RNA with improved accuracy and output. Paired with our Direct RNA Sequencing Kits (SQK-RNA004 and SQK-RNA004-XL), RNA is prepared and the native RNA is sequenced through the nanopores.

Note: This flow cell requires the Direct RNA Sequencing Kit (SQK-RNA004) or the Direct RNA Sequencing Kit XL (SQK-RNA004-XL).
