As part of our Service Provider Programme, we offer academic core and commercial service providers the opportunity to be Oxford Nanopore Workflow-Trained on wet-lab and data analysis workflows for selected applications.

The menu of available applications will grow as we release new end-to-end workflows and develop the training programmes for them.

This wet-lab training is a comprehensive onsite application-specific training to upskill your team and expand your Oxford Nanopore service. Choose the application you need and our expert Field Application Scientists (FAS) will train your team to confidently perform the wet-lab workflow for the chosen application from sample preparation to sequencing.

Please note: consumables are application-specific and should be purchased separately.

Each wet-lab training is a 2-day programme onsite in your lab, for one application and up to four members of your team. Data analysis training is available separately, please see Service Provider Workflow Training - Data Analysis (Onsite).

The training will focus on the wet-lab workflow for your chosen application. At the conclusion of the training, the lab will receive a Workflow-Trained completion certificate for each trainee and a Workflow-Trained web logo that you can use to showcase your training investment and your team’s technical credibility to your user community.

Consumables are application-specific and should be purchased separately. Prior to the training date, our FAS will contact you to confirm your needs and the required consumables to ensure that you are equipped for a successful training.
